I would like to book Rockwood for the dates indicated above, and will be responsible for my party, not exceeding 12 people. I undertake to leave Rockwood in a clean and tidy condition and I understand and agree that the Good Housekeeping Deposit (which I am required to send with the balance of my rental payment) may be used to offset the cost of remedying any damage and/or breakages, or losses; or restoring the property to a clean and tidy condition following my departure, should I fail to do so. I agree to all the booking conditions attached.
I will bring a maximum of 3 cars to Rockwood, as the drive cannot hold more than this, and there is no on-street parking.

I acknowledge that Rockwood is no smoking and does not accept pets without prior agreement. I have read and accept the booking terms and conditions attached.
