Rockwood is a spacious 6 bedroom Lakeland house, nestling into the rocks of the hill behind it. Dating from 1905, it offers traditional layout with a modern interior and comfort. Rockwood lies along a quiet single track lane, just down from a Cumbrian working farm (the herd of cows walk by every morning for milking!) and you could be miles from anywhere. Yet you are only 10 minutes walk from Grasmere, home to William Wordsworth, with its quaint lanes, shops and high quality restaurants and pubs.
